Contact the support via the widget

Modules belonging to the DiliTrust suite offer the possibilities to consult the FAQ but also to access a ticket declaration form ("Contact" button on the screenshot below).

The widget can be opened by clicking on the dedicated button on the bottom left of your browser windows. 

After clicking the "Contact" button you can complete the form with the maximum of information:

After completion of the form, clicking on the "OK" button will create the ticket for DiliTrust Support team to acknowledge.

Contact the Support via email

You can contact our teams via email, by sending an email to the following address, support@dilitrust.com, explaining your issue.

Facilitate the processing of your requests

When you contact the support team, whether via chat, form or email, to facilitate the processing of your request, it is important to put as much detail as possible. Here are some tips and elements you can add to your request

• A screenshot 

A picture allows you to see the issue right away. Add a screenshot when you receive an error code or if an element is not displayed correctly, for example. 

• A description

Describe the sequence of actions taken and the issue encountered, so that we can try to reproduce it and detect the error. Do not hesitate to go into details. 

• A name/email

Indicate the user(s) who encountered the issue. If it concerns a particular document, specify the name of the document in question so that we can reproduce the sequence of actions.

• Access rights

Specify the access rights that the user has regarding the page where the issue was encountered. For example, if the issue concerns a particular document, specify whether the user facing the issue has written or read rights.

• A URL

If the issue is not with a document, feel free to share the URL of the page where you encountered difficulties. 

The more details you can provide about your request or problem, the better we will be able to provide you with an adequate solution.
