If your role allows it, you can create teams and assign users to them.
Teams group users with similar access needs. By organizing users into teams, you can give access to specific matters more efficiently and manage matter access more easily.
✅ Step-by-step guide
Create a team
Open the Team page from Configuration.
- Click Create a team.
- Enter a name for the new team.
Once the team is created, add members to it.
- Click Add members.
- Select the users you want to add to the team.
- Confirm your selection.
Delete a team or remove a member
To remove a user from a team:
- Select the user.
- Click Remove members.
The user will no longer be part of the team and will lose access to matters that the team had access to.
To delete a team, click the bin icon next to the team name in the left panel.
