Entities – LINI AI Assistant in Full Screen (Legal Entity Management)

LINI, DiliTrust's AI assistant, is now available in full-screen mode within the Legal Entity Management (LEM) module. Ask questions about your companies, individuals, and mandates in plain language — and get instant, accurate answers without navigating through multiple screens.

Finding specific information across hundreds of legal entities, mandates, and individuals used to require multiple navigation steps. With LINI in full screen, you simply ask your question in natural language and get the answer you need immediately. This first iteration covers three key entity types: Companies, Individuals, and Mandates.

✋ Prerequisites / Getting Started

• LINI must be enabled for your organization. Contact your DiliTrust administrator if you do not see the LINI option.
• You must have access to the Legal Entity Management (LEM) module.
• Data must be populated in the system for LINI to return meaningful results.

⭐ Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to DiliTrust and navigate to the Legal Entity Management (LEM) module.
2. In the main menu, click on LINI to open the full-screen assistant.
3. Type your question in the chat input. You can ask about Companies (name, legal form, country, capital), Individuals (contact info, associated mandates), and Mandates (status, position, attendee, dates).
4. Review LINI's response. Companies and Individuals are sorted alphabetically; Mandates are sorted by Attendee, then Position, then Status (Ongoing first, then Expired, then Ended).
5. Refine your question if needed to narrow down results.

✨ Tips & Best Practices

• Be specific: The more context you provide, the more precise LINI's answer will be. For example, "Show me all ongoing mandates for John Smith" is better than "Show me mandates."
• Use natural language: You do not need to use technical field names. LINI understands plain business language.
• Search mandates by position: LINI can search mandates by position title such as Director or CEO.

❌ Limitations & Known Constraints

• Document Q&A is not yet available — LINI cannot search within attached documents in this version.
• Delegations (DOA), capital transactions, and company chart relationships are out of scope for this iteration.
• If a backend error occurs, a red banner will appear on screen.

Can I search for mandates by person name?

Search by Position is fully supported. Search by Attendee name is planned for a future iteration.

Is LINI available in other DiliTrust modules?

Yes. LINI is also available in the Board Portal and Matter Management.

What happens if LINI cannot find an answer?

LINI will indicate that it cannot find relevant results. Try rephrasing your question or verify that the data exists in the system.
