I can't connect to DiliTrust, what should I do?

Your company's firewall is blocking access to DiliTrust

Your company's firewall may be blocking access to certain websites, such as DiliTrust.

It is therefore necessary to add DiliTrust to the links authorized by your organization.

To do this, send the list of links below to your IT department so that they can do what is necessary. They will have to whitelist the following URLS in order to allow the proper functioning of DiliTrust:

 

Connection with Microsoft 365 must be authorized

You can sign in directly through your Microsoft 365 account by clicking Continue with Microsoft from the home page.

 

If the message below is displayed, it is necessary to make a request to your IT Department so that they authorize identification via your Microsoft account. To do so, your IT Department must approve the "Hyperlex Azure" application in their Microsoft 365 administrator interface.
