I can't complete my summary sheet, what should I do?

A mandatory section of the sheet is non-applicable to my situation, what should I do?

When completing your summary sheet, you do not always need to fill out everything in order to complete the summary sheet. However, it is possible to render mandatory certain elements of the sheet, in which case, you will need to fill out those sections in order to be able to complete your summary sheet.

It is possible that the contract does not contain the awaited mandatory elements needed to complete your summary sheet. If so, you will have to mark the element as 'Information is missing'.

To do so:

• Open the document;
• On the summary sheet, select the missing element;
• Attribute suggestions will appear, among which 'Information is missing';
• Click on 'Information is missing'.

Do not hesitate to go down the suggestion list, the 'Information is missing' is always at the end of the list.

When the Artificial Intelligence does not find certain clauses in the contract, it will automatically propose to label it as 'Information is missing'. If that is the case, click on 'Information is missing' to validate it.

By choosing to label absent information as 'Information is missing', the software recognizes that the sections is not just empty, but the information is absent from the contact, allowing you to complete your summary sheet.

I am asked to complete a section of an entity/ counterparty that is not pertinent. 

Do you notice in your summary sheet, many "Parties", "Entity", "Counterparty", "Contractor" or "Co-contractor" sections that are not pertinent? The section has a mandatory element that you are unable to fill out and therefore can not complete your summary sheet?
