DiliTrust Legal Entity Management (LEM) now offers enhanced customization options for company profiles. Administrators can tailor the layout, content, and format of company profile documents — including the shareholders register, shareholding transaction register, custom fields on related entities, and the choice between portrait and landscape format.

Company profiles are one of the most frequently used features in LEM — they provide a quick, readable summary of a legal entity's key information. Until now, the format and content of these profiles were largely fixed. With custom presets, your organization can define exactly what information appears in a profile and how it is presented, creating documents that truly match your internal standards and client expectations.

• You must have an administrator role in DiliTrust LEM to configure profile presets.
• The entity data (shareholders, transactions, custom fields) should be populated before generating profiles.

Creating a Custom Profile Preset

1. Navigate to LEM Settings and open the Company Profiles or Document Library configuration.
2. Click Create New Preset or edit an existing profile template.
3. Configure the following options as needed:
   • Shareholders Register: Enable and customize the shareholders register (compte actionnaires) layout.
   • Shareholding Transaction Register: Include the shareholding transaction register (Registre mouvements titres) in the profile.
   • Custom Fields on Related Entities: Select which custom fields from related branches (subsidiaries, parent companies, etc.) should appear in the profile.
   • Page Orientation: Choose between Portrait A4 or Landscape A4 format for the exported document.
4. Name and save the preset.

Generating a Company Profile with a Custom Preset

1. Open a company in DiliTrust LEM.
2. Click Generate Profile and select the custom preset you wish to use.
3. The profile is generated with your configured layout and exported as a PDF.

• Create presets for different audiences: Set up separate presets for internal reports (with full detail) and client-facing summaries (cleaner, more concise).
• Use landscape for wide tables: If your profile includes a shareholders register with many columns, landscape format provides more readable output.

• Profile presets are configured at the organization level. All users with access to company profiles can use the available presets.
