How to create an alarm?

On DiliTrust, you have the possibility to configure alarms in order to allow you to effectively control your deadlines, and other key events of your contracts. The user concerned by an alert is in fact informed of it by email as well as on his DiliTrust home page.

Alarms allow you to :

  • Be notified of deadlines and other key alarms related to your contracts;
  • View all of your upcoming alarms.

It should be noted that all alarms in the platform are linked to a specific document.

 

Add alarms

To add an alarm, open the desired document.

Once on the document, click on the bell icon at the top right, you will view your already saved alarms and can Create alarm.

 

 

Add an alarm related to a contract date

To add an alarm, open the desired document.

In the summary sheet, click on one of the bell icons located in front of the key dates of your contract. The alarm will then be attached to a key date in your contract.

 

 

 

Set up your alarm

When creating your alarm, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Name of the alarm: indicate a title allowing you to simply identify the action to be carried out in connection with this alarm (confirm renewal with xx / send a reminder to yy, etc.)

  • The date of the alarm: when do you want to be notified?

  • The recurrence of your alarm: do you want this alert to repeat after expiry? If you set up a repetition, you will be notified again by email of the deadline according to the repetition chosen (every day / week / month / year), and this, as long as you have not indicated End the alarm.

  • Notify the owner of the document: defined beforehand, you can choose to notify the category of people responsible for the document, Legal, Operational or other. The user(s) defined as the document owner will be notified.

  • Users or Teams: Specify a username or team for which alarms are intended. They will all be notified.
    You can provide information to users who do not have an account on DiliTrust by entering their email address. Note that they will not be able to access the document via DiliTrust, but will simply be notified of the recall by email.

  • Description: enter a description here, some information related to your recall. By default, if the alarm is linked to a key date, this will be indicated in this field.



⚠️ The title and due date fields are mandatory.
