View and manage my alarms

After configuring an alarm, you will be notified:

  • By email: an email will be sent to you in accordance with the settings made;
  • On the Plateforme, your reminders will appear on the home page and within the summary sheet.

How to view your alarms on the Home Page?

From the home page, you will find a list of all your past and upcoming alarms.


These reminders are personal, so will be displayed according to the user and the reminders intended for him.
You can edit these alarms, access the contract to which they are attached, to edit their recurrence, as well as to delete them.


You will also have the option to "Mark as done". By clicking on the corresponding button, the reminder will disappear from your home page, as it will be considered as having been "processed".



You'll see a complete list of upcoming reminders, and from this page you can access the documents in question or choose to end your reminders. You'll find various information on your reminders:

  • Notification date 
  • Recurrence 
  • Description 


Click on the three small dots to edit the reminder and change certain elements.



How to view your reminders on the contracts?

You can also view your reminders directly from a contract.

Any reminder is linked to a specific contract, so by opening the relevant contract, you will see the reminders associated with it in two places:

  • Within the summary sheet next to the date related to which an alarm has been programmed via a Bell icon. The number of alarms programmed in relation to this date will appear in red by displaying the corresponding number.
    By clicking on the Bell icon, you will create a new alarm. To open the existing one, use the icon at the top right.

  • At the top right of your screen, by clicking on the Bell icon, you can access all the reminders that are set for this contract.
    You can then manage, modify, delete your alarms.


 

How to manage and edit your alarms?

For each alarm, you will be able (from the home page, as well as from the concerned document):

  • Mark as done: By clicking on "Mark as done", the reminder will disappear from your home page, and if a recurrence has been configured it will stop. The reminder will in fact be considered as "processed / closed", meaning that the associated and expected action on the part of the notified user has been carried out.
  • Edit the reminder: by clicking on the Pen icon ✏️, you can modify your reminder (its title, recurrence, etc.)
  • Delete the reminder: by clicking on the Trash icon, your reminder will be deleted.


 

For all of these actions, if you end / edit / delete a reminder, it should be noted that:

  • The action will apply for all users receiving the alarm. For example, the reminder will be considered as "Done" for all notified users if one of them indicates it as "Mark as done".
  • If it is an automatic alarm, the action will only apply to the single recall concerned.
    If you want to change how an automatic alarm works, you will need to do so in the Settings> Automatic Alarms section.
