The AI search helps you find information in your meetings and minutes quickly. Type a keyword or choose a tag, and the search shows the most relevant passages. You no longer need to read long minutes one by one.

✨ What the AI search does

• It searches all your meetings and minutes in one place.
• You can use keywords and tags to narrow the results.
• It understands the meaning of your search, not just the exact words, so results are more relevant.
• It highlights the most relevant passages.

☝ Why use it

• Find key decisions and discussions faster.
• Prepare board meetings more easily.
• See everything said about a topic, even across recurring meetings (meetings that take place regularly, such as a monthly committee).

✍ How to use it

1. Go to Board Portal.
2. Use the search bar at the top of the page.
3. Type a keyword, for example “budget approval”, or select a tag, for example “Finance” or “Compliance”.
4. Look at the results. They are grouped by meeting or minutes, and the most relevant passages are highlighted.
5. If needed, use filters and tags to narrow the results, for example to one recurring meeting.

⚡ Tips

• Combine keywords and tags for more precise results.
• Filter on a recurring meeting to see everything said about a topic across sessions.
• Click a highlighted passage to go straight to its context.

❗ Limits

• The search only covers meetings and minutes, not the other modules.
• Results depend on the tags in place and on the quality of the minutes uploaded.
