Board Portal - Agenda: See More Items with Reduced Spacing

The Board Portal agenda now shows less empty space between items. You see more of your agenda at once and scroll less, whether you are building it or reading it before a meeting.

✋ Who can do what

This change applies the same way to administrators and board members: everyone who opens a meeting agenda sees the more compact display. There is nothing to activate or configure.

✅ Administrators and board members: see the compact agenda

1. Open your meeting in Board Portal.
2. Go to the Agenda section. Your items and sub-items are shown with the new, more compact spacing.

◻ Limitations

• Only the spacing changes. Your items, sub-items and attached documents are not modified.
• You cannot choose between a compact and a spaced-out display, and you cannot go back to the previous display.

Do I need to do anything?

No. The compact spacing applies automatically.

Does this change my agenda content?

No. Only the empty space between items changes.
