When working on the DiliTrust CLM platform, you might face error messages following some particular actions. To ensure DiliTrust Support team and R&D teams (Engineering, DevOps, Products) can manage efficiently the issue happening, the Debug feature is accountable.
What is the Debug feature?
The "Debug" feature allows us to access advanced logs and actions performed on your side. These advanced information are useful to accelerate the investigation from DiliTrust.
Debug Feature Activation
The "Debug" feature can be activated by clicking following buttons:
After the issue is reproduced you can end the recording session.
End the recording session
To end the recording session switch the "Recording session" button to off. (Reverse action #4 on the screenshot above)
What should I do after the recording session?
It's important to open a ticket to the DiliTrust Support team using the widget contact form following the dedicated article Contacter l'équipe Support DiliTrust.
