Does that change anything on the security of our data?

No, your data remains hosted and saved under the same conditions as defined in your contract. Dilitrust is ISO27001 certified and shares the same values ​​as Hyperlex on data security and confidentiality.

Will it change data hosting location ?

No, your data remains hosted in accordance with the contract, and your documents are still hosted in Europe.

Are Hyperlex prices and services impacted by this merger?

No, your prices and services remain contractually fixed and we do not have the wish to develop them. New modules will be offered to marketing in the coming months, with specific rates.

Do my key contacts at Hyperlex change?

Your project team remains committed to the success of your current projects and will remain your contact points. Hyperlex teams remain fully in charge of the product and your services.

Are the Dilitrust modules included in my Hyperlex subscription??

We plan a seamless integration between our solutions. We will be able to offer you access to the Dilitrust features in the coming months. However, additional subscriptions will be needed for these new modules.

Are Hyperlex's General Terms and conditions impacted by this merger?

No, your contract remains applicable and unchanged. Your general conditions remain those which were applicable at the time of your signature. However, specific general conditions can apply on new Dilitrust modules

Is the product roadmap that was presented to me impacted by this merger?

The Q3 product roadmap will soon be announced. The roadmap commitments made will be fulfilled as agreed.

Will the Hyperlex product maintenance be suspended?

The Hyperlex product is maintained and will become the reference product for contract management as part of the Dilitrust suite. The product will therefore continue to develop.

Among your new shareholders, are there companies subject to the Cloud Act or under an international sanction?

Our new common shareholders are Eurazeo (France), Sagard (French Canadian) and Cathay Capital (French Chinese fund created with bpifrance). We are not subject to the Cloud Act.
