Access the global summary of my contract and its amendments

When adding an amendment to a contract on DiliTrust, you can visualize the modifications made by the amendment from the main document.

By adding an amendment to a main document, an Overview tab will appear, from there you will be able to see the modifications made by the amendment.

Note that beforehand, you must have filled out the summary sheet of the amendment.

Access the general summary of my contractual relationship

To access the tab:

• Open the desired document;
• Click on Overview at the top of the right panel.

From the document, click on Overview to access a summary sheet, and view the changes made to the document by the amendment.

If changes have been made by a rider to the summary sheet, from the summary view you can choose which value to display in the overview.

The Overview, is a general summary allowing you to see the modifications made by the amendment to the document, to access the main document and the documents linked to it

The Overview tab only appears once at least one amendment has been linked to the main contract.

Visualize the general summary of my contractual relationship

The Overview, is a general overview that allows you to view the changes made to the document by the amendment, to access the main document as well as the documents attached to it.

From the Overview section, click on View More to access a summary table of the changes made to the main document, the attached documents and choose the columns to display from the attributes present in the summary sheet.

Click on a document to access it.

From this page, you can export the summary table with the columns you have chosen to display.
