By completing the summary sheet and labeling your attributes and clauses, you can choose these items from the list of those already existing on DiliTrust.
To find out more about the labeling of your contract information and the completeness of the summary sheet, see the dedicated article.
In some cases, you may need to create your own clauses and attributes, as they do not exist in the preexisting DiliTrust data model.
To do so, proceed as follows:
- Select the information within your contract
- Check that the desired attribute or clause is not already available in the DiliTrust data model
- Create your new attribute / clause to label it
- Access the information in your summary sheet
Select the information within your contract
To select information in your contract:
- For an attribute, highlight the word / date / amount /, etc.
- For a clause, highlight the corresponding block of text.
In the example below, we see that the SIREN number is selected within the contract, and then it is effectively labeled as the SIREN number of the Counterparty.

Check that the desired attribute or clause is not already available in the DiliTrust data model
The DiliTrust data model corresponds to the data used and known by our Artificial Intelligence. It is this knowledge used by the AI that allows it to make suggestions based on the content of your contracts.
For example, when the AI easily detects the Purpose of the agreement clause in the contract that you have just deposited on the platform, it is because it already knows this type of clause, because it has trained with our data model. It's almost magical, but in fact, it's scientific!
By using a preexisting attribute / clause from the DiliTrust data model, you therefore benefit from more relevant suggestions!
It is therefore preferable to check whether the clause or attribute sought does not already exist among the list available on DiliTrust.
To do so:
- Select the item to label,
- Then in the pop-up window, indicate the name of the item you are looking for to view the available options.
⚠️ Don't hesitate to use synonyms. In the case below, the disclaimer is identified within the contract and is known as "Liabilities".
You could have searched for "Disclaimer", "Disclaimer", etc. so do not hesitate to test several keywords to identify the one that suits you.
To find out more about the labeling of clauses, see the dedicated article.
Create your new attribute / clause to label it
Haven't found the attribute or clause you need?
- Select the item to label,
- Then in the pop-up window, indicate the name of the item,
- Click Create new type of clause / attribute.
If you select a block of text, you will be offered to create a clause, if it is a word / date / amount /, etc. you will be offered to create an attribute.
The information will then be identified in your contract under this new label. And you can find it later in the possible options.
Access the information in your summary sheet
As you have just created, this item will be added to the end of your summary sheet in the "Other information" section.
