This guide will help you connect your DiliTrust CLM platform with DocuSign to enable seamless eSignature workflows directly from your contract lifecycle management system.
Overview
The CLM - DocuSign integration allows users to trigger electronic signature requests from within the CLM interface using their own DocuSign account.
Recommended Setup:
- We highly recommend using a generic or technical DocuSign account (e.g., no-reply@client.com or legal@client.com).
- ⚠️ Avoid using personal accounts, as this could interrupt the service if the account owner leaves the company.
How to Set Up the Integration
Step 1: Enable the Feature
Contact the DiliTrust Support Team and request activation of the feature flag: “eSignature managed by the client”.
Step 2: Navigate to the Configuration
In your CLM interface:
- Go to Configuration > eSignature.
Step 3: Fill in Your DocuSign API Credentials

- You’ll be redirected to the DocuSign login screen.

- Your CLM environment URL

- The time and date of the issue
