- Your computer clock is not correct
The right address mail
You may encounter difficulties in sending your document for signature due to an error in the email address or because the email address in question no longer exists.
Find in the audit trail of your workflow an error message as well as a notification in your activity queue (to be found in the notification center of the home page).
Weight limit and number of pages
Sending documents for signature is limited by the size of the file and / or its number of pages.
DiliTrust uses two electronic signature tools :
-
DocuSign: limit to 25MB / 2000 pages
To learn more about these restrictions, see the Docusign documentation. -
HelloSign at 40MB / 500 pages
To learn more about these restrictions, see the Hellosign documentation.
To send your document, you must therefore reduce its size before sending it for signature:
- Reduce the quality / size of the images contained in your contract;
- Split your document into several sendings: for example, send your main contract for signature without the annexes, then send the annexes of your contract separately.
Your corporate firewall is blocking the operation of DiliTrust
