Through the homepage, access the different existing features on DiliTrust, but also your To-Do list, with the documents that await an action from you.

From the lateral bar on the left, access your statistics, folders, your templates (clauses and contracts) and your settings.

Note that you can reduce the lateral sidebar.

 


In this article, we will look into:

The To-do list

The first thing you notice when opening DiliTrust, is your To-do list. Composed of your upcoming alarms, or the documents that you need to proofread, validate or sign, this list is focused on actions that only concern you.

Being able to easily access your alarms and required actions, reduce the length of the contracting process, no more deadlines missed and therefor allows you to act accordingly.

Note that depending on the module you have and your role on DiliTrust, your To-Do list will be different from one account to another.



 

To see the documents awaiting an action from others, go to the projects section. Lear more about it in the dedicated article.


Consulting a new document

When you receive a task in your To-do, it appears in color in the list. Meaning that you have yet to open the document.

To access the document, click on the gray button on the right. The document will then open.

Once you have clicked on the document for the first time, the item will become white in your list to differentiate with new documents and those you have already viewed. 

If you complete the action in question, the document disappears from the list. You will find it again by clicking on 'Show done'.

 

By clicking on the three small dots, you can choose to hide a document from your list. If you decide to hide an item, it will be removed from the list. You will then only be able to find it from your folders.

 



 

Organizing my documents

Organize and filter your list according to your needs. 

  • Filter your list.
    Click on the information you wish to see.
    For example, you want to only show your alarms, click on alarm on the top right of your To Do list. The table will only showcase the alarms. The same goes for the reviews, validation and signature.

 

  • Organize your list by :
    • Document name
    • Date since which an action is expected
    • Name of the document creator
    • Action to be performed

To do this, click on the arrows on the right of the columns. Depending on the column, your documents will be sorted by alphabetical order or by creator.

 

Choose to mark some documents as important, by tagging it with a red flag ?. You will then be able to, find all your marked documents by clicking on the arrow to the right of the flag.

The documents you mark as significant with the red flag will be important only to you.


 

Notification center

The notification center, gathers all the actions performed by other users on your projects in the Activities tab, as well as the different comments on which you are tagged in the documents in the Comments tab.

As for the list of your actions to do, find the new notifications in color and the notifications already consulted in white. From this notification center, you can also:

  • Access the contracts in question. Click on a notification to access the contract in question in both tabs.
  • Delete a notification. Click on the cross to the right of it.
