Create contracts either from scratch or using a preexisting model. In either case, on DiliTrust you can use the clauses in your clause library to help you draft a contract.
>> To learn more on how to create a contract on DiliTrust, see the dedicated article.
The clausier allows you to store reference clauses that can be reused when creating your contracts.
In this article, we'll see how to:

When in the clause library, choose any clause needed, add it to a contract template. To do so:

- Choose the type of clause needed;
- Select a clause variant of your choosing;
- Click on 'Copy clause'
- Leave the clause library and access the template library
- Select the template of your choice and open it
-
Paste the clause where it's needed in the contract:
- Use the 'CTRL + V' combination
- Right-click on your mouse, select paste
Integrate a clause from a contract model
Insert a clause from your clause library, whether you use Word or CKeditor:
With CKeditor
- In the 'Templates library' tab, click on the Create a template ;
- Click on 'Insert' at the top of the page;
- Click on 'Insert a clause';
- Select the type of clause you wish to insert;
- A list of clauses appears, choose the one you want;
- Click on 'Add this clause';
With word
- Click on Create template, or modify an existing template, in the 'Template library' tab;
- Select Word desktop
- Place the cursor where you want to insert the clause in the document
- Click on the Clause library tab in the right sidebar
- Select the clause and click on Insert
In both cases, any clause added from the clause library, cannot be modified directly from the template. You must go back to the clause library, select the clause in question, and modify it.
