How to validate a document from DiliTrust

Access a document to validate from a mail notification

When a validation request is sent from DiliTrust, you are automatically notified by mail.

To access the document for validation, click on the document's name in the mail. As it is a link, a page will open showing the document in question in the Contract module.


 

Access a document to validate directly from DiliTrust

Visualize the different documents in need of a validation or signature from "My To Do" table in your homepage.

From the table, click on validation, to find a list of all documents in need of a validation from you. Click on view and validate to access the document.

Click on the document of your choice to open it, to supervise and validate it. 


 


Validate or refuse a document

Once the document is open on DiliTrust, you will be invited to either validate or refuse the contract.


  • Validate the document: Click on Validate at the bottom left of your screen. A window will open asking to confirm your choice to validate the document.
    The document is automatically sent to the next step (depending on the workflow, of validation or signature).
  • Refuse the document: Click on Refuse at the bottom left of your screen. A window will open asking you to comment on the reasons you refused said document. The comment will be available in the Comment tab or in the Workflow activity feed of the document and will be visible to all users that has access to the document.



The user that launched the workflow will be notified by mail about the refusal and will be invited to modify the document on DiliTrust, or to upload a new version to start anew workflow process. Said user will also be able to see the reasons for the refusal in the Comment section and in the workflow activity feed and upload or modify the new version by clicking on Import or Edit.
