See activities on documents

From the section All activity, in your settings, find the history of all your activities and monitor the different actions done on documents by users on your platform. 

Note that you will only see actions done on documents to which you have access.

Visualize and access quickly the last document modified by another user or by yourself. From that sections see which documents were last opened, uploaded, signed, etc., by whom and when.

From your settings, reach the All activity section.

By default, DiliTrust displays everyone's latest activities. It is possible to filter the activities shown depending on your needs.

The first drop-down list allows you to filter by actions, and thus visualize contracts:

• Validated;
• Opened;
• Signed;
• Uploaded;
• Accepted
• Sent
• Deleted
• Downloaded
• Modified role
• Downloaded search.

It is possible to cumulate the filters and, for example, only show uploaded and signed documents.

The second drop-down list, allows you to display activities by user: either everyone's activities, yours, or search for a user of your choice.
