How to access statistics? Can I customize them?

Access your contract data in statistical form to get a macro view of your data. The statistics displayed are only for the documents you have access to.

How do I access my statistics?

Access your statistics from the home page, by clicking on the dedicated tab.

By default, 6 different statistics are proposed to you, according to your options (contract library or contractualization):

Status of your contracts: Indicates at what stage your contracts are (In drafting, in validation, etc.)

Average processing time by status: This statistic allows you to know when the internal processes of drafting, validation or signature of a document take time

Expiration date: You can view contracts that will expire in the next 30, 60 or 90 days

Signed contracts: You can view the number of contracts that have been signed per month

Synthesis status: It allows you to know the status of your synthesis forms, namely:
Validated: The summary sheet is completed
Incomplete: The summary sheet is incomplete
Not started: The summary sheet has not yet been completed.

The graphs are dynamic. By clicking on a graph element, you can easily access the list of corresponding documents. Click on a document to open it.

From this new page, you can show or hide columns depending on the document information you want to see. By default, the following contract information is displayed:

  • Name: The name of the document ;
  • Type: The type of document (partnership contract, NDA, etc.);
  • Expiration Date: The expiration date of the contract;
  • Status: The status of the contract (Not Started, In Progress, Signed, In Review, etc.);

By clicking on the 3 small dots at the top right of the list, select more column options:

  • Effective Date: The date the contract goes into effect;
  • Imported by: By whom the contract was filed or created;
  • Date Added: The date the contract was added or created;
  • Summary Sheet: Indicates the status of the summary;
    • A yellow dot indicates that the summary sheet has not yet been completed;
    • No dot indicates that the summary sheet is partially or fully completed.

How to create my graphs


You have the possibility to create your own graphs from an attribute of the summary sheet.

Please note that the created graphs are visible to all users, depending on their access rights.

To add a new graph:

  • Click on Add
  • Name your graph
  • Choose the shape of your graph:
    • Sector
    • Vertical bar chart
    • Horizontal histogram
  • Define the attribute on which your graph will be based.


A preview of the graph and data will be displayed on the left to allow you to view the new graph. If you are happy with this, click on Create.

 

At any time you can edit (pencil icon) or delete (trash icon) the graphs you create, however it is not possible to edit or delete the default graphs.

 

How do I adapt my statistics?

Filter all graphs

Click on Add filter, to add a filter, based on attributes of your summary sheets, on every graph of the page. Add as many filters as needed.

Individual filters

By default, the tool takes the data from the import dates over all the periods by counting the AI suggestions to make the statistics. You can change the filters applied to the statistics to adapt them to your needs:

  • Click on the gear icon to the right of the statistic
  • A 'Report Settings' window appears:
    • Reference Date: Choose the type of date by which you want to filter your statistics (Termination Date, Renewal Date, Second Quarter Termination Date, etc.)
    • Period:
      • Last 6 months;
      • Last 12 months ;
      • Current year ;
      • Current month;
      • As of ;
      • Before ;
      • Custom: Select a specific time period;
    • AI Suggestions: Choose whether to count contract types, attributes and clauses that have not yet been validated by a user.
      • If yes, then AI suggestions for contract types, attributes and clauses will be taken into account in the statistics, even if they have not yet been validated by a user
      • If not, only the elements validated by the users will be taken into account in the statistics

Extract Data

To extract the statistical data, click on the document in question, then click on the download icon that appears in the upper right-hand corner.

To select all documents or folders, click on the first one + Shift + click on the last item.
