The sections appear twice, what can I do?

Do you see several "Party", "Entity", "Counterparty", "Contractor", "Co-contractor", sections in your summary sheet, when it is not relevant? Do you wish to delete them?

Why some sections appear multiple times?

The objectives of the sections "Party", "Entity", or "Counterparty", (the names can change according to your platform's settings) is to identify the contracting parties. However, in some cases you can have more than 2 contracting parties. It is possible to add some more parties.

It can happen that the Artificial Intelligence identifies multiple social denominations, and concludes that there are more than just 2 contractors. Depending on its analyses, the AI will automatically add one or more sections, for each co-contractor.

If it is not pertinent, you can delete the unwanted sections by following the steps below.

How to delete unwanted sections

To delete an unwanted section:

• Open the document in question ;
• Identify in the summary sheet the section to delete ;
• Click on the trash can button️, next to the section you wish to delete.

That section will disappear from your summary sheet.

You can open/close sections in your summary sheet to showcase, or not, their details. To open a section, click on the arrow situated on its left.
