LEM
Send a request to support@dilitrust.com to activate the 2 following features :
- Tokens Management
- Repositories
CLM
- Ask to activate also the “LEM Reports sync” feature
- Ensure sure you have activated the permission to edit the Connectors settings:
INITIAL CONFIGURATION
On LEM Tenant
Go to Configuration → User access management → Tokens management → Create a new token
Once the token is created, it will appear only once → Take a note of it (copy & paste).
Make sure to remind users to store it somewhere they can retrieve it
The App automatically creates a pseudo-user associated to the token you just created. To check it: go to Configuration → User access management → Users.
Pseudo-users name always begins “api-users” and contains the token name.
In our example: api-users-integration-lemxclm
Communicate the token + the pseudo user to the CLM tenant admin to continue the consideration (if you need to. Or if you are the admin, please proceed).
On CLM Tenant
Go to Configuration → Integration with Entities
Select the right platform in “Location” -> Europe 2
Then add the Pseudo user name and the token value in the corresponding fields.
REPOSITORY CONFIGURATION
On LEM Tenant : Setting Up a LEM Repository
- Under Reports, create a report with all the company details you want to use in CLM.
- Convert to repository
- On the Report list, click on “Convert to repository” => This will create a LEM repository based on the report
NB: Once created, the repository and the report are fully independent. The initial report still exists and can be edited but it doesn’t affect the repository that was created.
- Keep or Edit the Name of the report the click
- Make sure that the permissions are correctly set for the Pseudo-user to be able to read the report for the repository
- Click on
- The LEM repository is now listed in the Repositories tab. You can view it in Reports > Repositories
On CLM Tenant: Add the LEM repository to the list
Under Configuration > Repository, click “Show more” to select the LEM Repository to add to the CLM Tenant. Any LEM repository accessible for this tenant will be displayed in this list.
- Map Repository fields to CLM Attributes
- Map fields from the Repository (on the left) to the corresponding CLM attributes (on the right)
- You can decide not to use some fields. Just remove the corresponding row by clicking the X icon
- Any remaining fields must be associated to a CLM attribute
- Select a key attribute and
- The repository is set up
- After a little while CLM will sync with the LEM tenant and will load the repository
- Repositories coming from the LEM are identifiable with a DiliTrust icon at the top.
