How to export search results ?

To find and export summary sheets, documents and clauses according to specific criteria, use the advanced search and download the results. 

For example, you want to download all your documents or summary sheets concerning your provision services signed during the year N : use the advanced search based on the corresponding criteria and export the results.

You can download the documents found from the result page after a search through DiliTrust's search engine.

Export documents

Find and download documents after using the search engine.

• From the search bar;
  • Enter the name of the document or the type of document ;
  • Select the document(s) you want to export from the results page ; 
  • Click on "Download Selection" 
  • A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Document ; 
  • Choose the desired format : "Original Format" or "PDF Format" ;
  • Confirm your choice and the download will automatically start. 

• From the advanced search ;
  • Click on advanced search
  • Select the desired criteria (Containing, Type, With a date, etc.)
  • Click on "Show Results"
  • Select the desired documents 
  • Click on "Download Selection"
  • A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Document ; 
  • Choose the desired format : "Original Format" or "PDF Format" ;
  • Confirm your choice and the download will automatically start. 

When exporting multiple documents, they are downloaded as a ZIP file.

Export summary sheets

To export the desired summary sheets after using the search engine :

• From the search bar ;
  • Enter the name of the document or the type of document ;
  • Select the document(s) you want to export from the results page ; 
  • Click on "Download Selection" 
  • A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Summary Sheet; 
  • Confirm your choice and wait for the email to download your Excel file.
• From the advanced search ;
  • Click on advanced search
  • Select the desired criteria (... )
  • Click on "Show Results"
  • Select the desired documents 
  • Click on "Download Selection"
  • A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Summary Sheet; 
  • Confirm your choice and wait for the email to download your Excel file.

The exported summary sheets will be downloaded as an Excel file. 

Note that the download of the summary sheet does not start immediately (DiliTrust works by queuing on Excel exports). Once the file is ready for download, you will be informed via an email that will contain a link allowing you to download the Excel file.

Export clauses

It is possible to export clauses from DiliTrust. The document will download as an Excel file and just as the summary sheets, the download is not automatic, as it is first being processed by the artificial intelligence. When it will be ready, you will be notified via e-mail.

From the search bar:

• Enter the name if the desired clause in the search bar ;
• Select the clause that you want to export from the result page ;
• Click on "Download the selection" ;
• Confirm your choice. An e-mail will be sent with a link to the file once it is ready for download.

From the advanced search

• Click on "Advanced Search"
• Select the desired criteria (Type of clause, Containing information, Included in a document) ;
• Click on "Show the results" ;
• Select the desired clauses ;
• Click on "Download the selection" ;
• Confirm your choice. An e-mail will be sent with a link to the file once it is ready for download.
