How to export a document, a folder?

From DiliTrust, you can download your folders and files onto your computer. 

You can choose to download your documents either in their original format, or in PDF. 

The original format corresponds to the format the document was initially when it was uploaded on DiliTrust (for example, Word format). Note that if you choose to download under 'Original Format' a document created on DiliTrust, it will download under an HTML format.

Export a Contract

DiliTrust allows you to download any contract onto your computer. There are two ways of doing so :

• From a folder
  • Click once on the desired contract. It will highlight in yellow ;
  • Click on the download button, located at the top right of your screen, that has also been highlighted in yellow ;
  • A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Document ; 
  • Choose the desired format : "Original Format" or "PDF Format" ;
  • Confirm your choice and the download will automatically start. 

You can choose to download multiple contracts at once by using the "Ctrl + Click". To do so, press on Ctrl and select the different contracts to download.

• From an opened document:
  • Open the desired contract ;
  • Click on the download button, located at the top right of your document ;
  • A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Document ; 
  • Choose the desired format : "Original Format" or "PDF Format" ;
  • Confirm your choice and the download will automatically start. 

Export a linked Document, an Amendment or an Appendix

If you have linked a document to your contract (an amendment, an appendix, etc.), DiliTrust allows you to download it independently or with the corresponding main document.

A linked document is downloaded independently to the main contract it is linked to. To export a linked document, follow the previously explained steps on how to download a contract.

There are two possible ways to download an appendix or another linked document:

• With the main document, it is linked to. In which case, when downloading the main document, the appendix will also be downloaded. Follow the previously explained steps on how to download a contract.
• By itself, as a simple contract :
• 
  
  • Open the main document it is attached to ;
  • At the end of the summary sheet, you will find the Appendix section, with all the appendixes attached to the document ;
  • Click on the download button located next to the desired appendix.

To export an amendment, there are two possible ways :

• By itself, as a simple document. Follow the previously explained steps on how to download a contract.
• With the main document. In which case, you will need to open the Summary of the contractual relationship as follows :
  • Open the desired document ;
  • Click on "Overview" ;
  • Click on the download button at the top right ;
  • A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Document ; 
  • Choose the desired format : "Original Format" or "PDF Format" ;
  • Confirm your choice and the download will automatically start. 

A ZIP folder will be downloaded onto your computer containing both the amendment and the main document.

Export a file

When you choose to download a folder, every file and/or their corresponding summary sheets (depending on your choice), will be downloaded :

• Click on the desired folder. It will highlight in yellow ;
• Click on the download button, located at the top right of your screen, that has also been highlighted in yellow ;
• A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Document ; 
• Choose the desired format : "Original Format" or "PDF Format" ;
• Confirm your choice and the download will automatically start. 

A ZIP folder will download containing the documents.  

You can choose to download multiple folders, with all of their documents, at once by using the "Ctrl + Click". To do so, press on Ctrl and select the different contracts to download.

Export a group of contracts depending on precise criteria 

Do you want to download contracts on DiliTrust onto your computer according to precise criteria? For example, download all of your service contracts that were signed during the year N?
