How to Export clauses in Excel format?

On DiliTrust you can export your clauses in Excel format to have a better overview of all the elements concerning the clause.

Note that the download of the summary sheet does not start immediately (DiliTrust works by queuing on Excel exports). Once the file is ready for download, you will be informed via an email that will contain a link allowing you to download the Excel file.

Export one or more clauses

Do you wish to export one or more clauses? For example, gather information concerning your different confidentiality clauses in your contracts? 

On DiliTrust , the clause export is done from the search. Use DiliTrust's powerful search engine (search bar, advanced) search to quickly find the clauses you want.

Read the exported Excel file

When you export a clause, the document downloaded is in Excel format. Find in this file every element concerning your clause in table format.

When many clauses are exported at once, they are all on one Excel sheet.

  • Each line corresponds to a clause ;
  • Each column corresponds to a different element concerning the clause ;

  • Document name
    • Indicates the name of the document in which the clause is situated ;
  • Document type
    • Indicates the type of document in which the clause is situated ;
  • Document status
    • Indicates the status of document (Active, Complete, Expired, etc.)
  • Folder name
    • Indicates the folder in which the document with the clause is situated ;
  • Clause type
    • Indicates what type of clause it is 
  • Probability
    • The probability that the Artificial Intelligence has detected the right clause ;
    • The closer the probability is to 1, the better chances the AI has detected the right clause ;
    • If it is equal to 1, then the clause proposed by the AI has been validated by a person ;
  • Content of the clause
    • The text composing the clause, what it is about ;
  • Other clauses of the document
    • A list of all the other clauses in the document ;
  • Effective date
    • The date on which the document takes effect ;
  • Date of signature
    • The date the document was signed ;
