How to export a contract or a document?

All you have to do is open the contract or document in question. Once you have done this, you must click on the tab with 3 vertical points at the top right of your screen, then select the "Download" tab:

You can then choose to export as a summary sheet (XLS) or as a document. The document can be exported in original or PDF format:

As well, DiliTrust allows you to export as a unit or in mass: 

• The information entered in the summary sheets; 
• The documents, in their original format or PDF.

A multiple export can be done :

1. From a search; or 

2. From a folder or file. 

In both cases, simply select the documents you wish to export and then choose the download option.

After using the search tool in DiliTrust, you can select the documents you are interested in and export either the summary sheet or the original document.
