How to export a summary sheet?

From DiliTrust you can download your summary sheets, as an Excel document, to allow a quick overview of the data filled in the summary sheet on DiliTrust. 

In this article learn how to :

• Export one or many summary sheets ;
• Export several summary sheets according to specific criteria ;
• Read the downloaded Excel file.

Note that the download of the summary sheet does not start immediately (DiliTrust works by queuing on Excel exports). Once the file is ready for download, you will be informed via an email that will contain a link allowing you to download the Excel file.

Export one or many Summary Sheets

You can export from DiliTrust one or more summary sheets.

From a folder:

• • • Click once on the desired contract. It will highlight in yellow ;
    • Click on the download button, located at the top right of your screen, that has also been highlighted in yellow ;
    • A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Summary Sheet ; 
    • Confirm your choice and wait for the email to download your Excel file.

• You can choose to download multiple summary sheets at once by using the "Ctrl + Click". To do so, press on Ctrl and select the different contracts to download.

From an open document :

• Open the contract or the desired document
• Click on the download button, located at the top right of your screen, that has also been highlighted in yellow ;
• A window will appear, asking you to choose between a document or summary sheet to download. Select Summary Sheet ; 
• Confirm your choice and wait for the email to download your Excel file.

The summary sheet is downloaded as an Excel file containing the elements extracted from the main document on DiliTrust.

Export several summary sheets according to specific criteria

Do you want to download summary sheets on DiliTrust onto your computer according to specific criteria? For example, download all of your summary sheets for your service provision contracts that were signed during the year N?

Read the downloaded Excel file

Summary sheets are downloaded as Excel files. In this Excel file you can find every element from the summery sheet completed on DiliTrust.

All the information is displayed in a table : 

• Different Excel sheets corresponding to the different types of contracts
  The data is broken down into different tabs by type of document because the fields of the summary sheets may differ from one type of document to another ;
• Each row corresponds to a summary sheet ;
• Each column, a section of the summary sheet (Entity, Counterparty, Dates, etc.), or a field of the summary sheet (Corporate name, Siren number, expiration date, etc.).
