Each document loaded into DiliTrust "undergoes" a double treatment, from the OCR (Optical character recognition) processing and analysis by artificial intelligence.
The processing time for each document varies and depends on its length (number of pages) as well as its visual quality (influencing the scanning speed), and can range from a few seconds to several minutes depending on the type of document.
The color of the progress bar helps to monitor the correct loading of a document.
When you import a document into your DiliTrust account, two major treatments are performed:
- the first is OCR (optical character recognition), which allows you to transform printed and scanned files (images, pdf, etc.) and translate them into text format.
- the second process is carried out by DiliTrust's artificial intelligence: the AI successively recognizes the type of document, the clauses that make it up, and finally the key elements present (text type attributes, amounts, dates, etc.).
