You can add a document to DiliTrust in several ways:
When importing, loading takes a few minutes, because the document is analyzed by artificial intelligence.
To learn more about the analysis performed by artificial intelligence, see the dedicated article.
Some poorly scanned or encrypted documents may present difficulties during import. If you have any problems with this, please do not hesitate to contact our support at support@dilitrust.com.
Click on "Upload"
Click on "Upload" and select the desired document(s) on your computer and click on Open.
The document is then imported to the CLM:
- If you are on the home page when importing your document, you will be asked to select a folder to store the new document.
- If you are in a specific folder at the time of import, the document is placed in the folder.
Drag / Drop a document
When in a folder, you can drag and drop the documents to import.
Open your computer's document explorer, select the document(s) you want to import, then drag and drop it into your DiliTrust interface in the desired folder.
The documents are then imported.
You can select multiple documents (use CTRL or SHIFT to select several documents). They are then all imported to DiliTrust.
Note that there is no limit to the number of documents that can be imported.
Once the document has been imported, you can then:
- Fill in / validate the type of document (the nature of the contract or document). To learn more about document type validation, see the dedicated article.
- Complete the summary sheet. To learn more about the summary sheet, see the dedicated article.
