DiliTrust is a contract management tool that allows you to stock and organize your contracts, and to manage access to them depending on the user's rights.
Depending on the access rights they have, your users will be able to access the contracts in two places :
To learn more about the user's right to access folders and documents, see the dedicated article.
You will always only be able to see the documents and folders to which you have the proper access rights. If you are unable to find a document/folder, you simply may not have the proper access rights. Ask a user, that has the access rights to share the document/folder in question with you?
Folders tab
Your folders are organized as Folders and subfolders. If you have access to one or many main folders, you will find them in the "Folders" tab.
Once in the Folders tab, you can navigate through the different subfolders and access your contracts.
Example: your contracts are organized by intern clients (HR, Sales, Marketing, etc.) and you have access to the "Marketing" folder, you will find it in the Folder tab.
Shared with me tab
If a document or subfolder has been shared with you, but you do not have access to the whole structure of the folder, meaning that you do not have access to the main folder holding the subfolder/document in question, you will find it in the Shared with me tab.
Example: A user shared with you a document/subfolder from your EDF supplier, but you do not have access to the main folder "Corporate Services" in which is the document/subfolder. You will find it in the Shared with me tab.
