DiliTrust is a collaborative contract management software.
You can leave comments for your colleagues on contracts uploaded on DiliTrust.
The objective is to exchange in a general way and allows more specifically: to ask questions, to share knowledge, to give feedback on a contract, etc.
- Access comments on a document
- Write and share a comment with a colleague
- Use comments in the Review stage
You can not export "Comments" as an Excel file.
Access comments on a document
To access comments:
- Open the relevant contract,
- Click on the speech icon on the panel
You will then display a panel on the right of your screen and will be able to:
- View existing comments
- Add a comment.
As soon as the shutter is open, it is possible to write a comment and notify another user by identifying him using the "@" symbol:
- Open the desired contract;
- Open the Comments panel by clicking on the icon
- In the text field at the bottom right of your screen, "Add a comment" write your comment;
- To identify a colleague add an "@" followed by the person's first name, the corresponding user list will be displayed, select the desired user.
The user will also be notified by email that he received a new message.
⚠️ The user must have an account on your DiliTrust platform. If he does not already have access rights to the document, identifying him in a comment will automatically give him access to the document for reading.
To learn more about access rights, see the dedicated article.
Use comments in the Review stage
Comments are particularly useful when using the Proofread phase on DiliTrust.
To learn more about proofreading, see the dedicated article.
Example:
- A colleague asked you to proofread a contract by launching a Proofreading process,
- You are reviewing it, but wish to have additional information, before deciding whether to validate the document or reject it.
Add a comment and identify your colleague, ask him your question. He will be notified and can respond to you in the same way directly in DiliTrust.
Trade this way as many times as needed.
Once the additional information has been received, validate or reject the document according to your decision.
