Having problem when exporting information?

When you export a summary sheet or summary sheets from a folder you receive an email containing a web link to access your export.

If you have problems, you can check the following

  • Web browser

When clicking on the URL it opens a new web page using your default web browser. If you are using Internet Explorer you will not be able to download files.

For safety reasons, DiliTrust is working only with up to date web browser: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

  • Log in

To access your data, you have to be logged in to DiliTrust. If you are not, you will be redirected towards DiliTrust login page. Once you have logged in, keep in mind that you must come back to the email you received to click the URL and download the export.

 

If you still have troubles downloading your export, don't hesitate to contact us.
