DiliTrust CLM now introduces a consolidated data view for contracts. Instead of browsing each document individually, legal professionals and contract managers can access all key contract data — across the main contract, its amendments, and appendixes — in a single, unified overview.
✅ Introduction
A contract is rarely just one document. It is typically made up of a main agreement plus multiple amendments and appendixes, each with their own attributes and summary sheets. Until now, accessing a complete picture of a contract's data required opening each document separately and manually piecing together the information.
With the Advanced Contract Data View, you get a consolidated, structured overview of all contract data across the entire contract bundle — saving time and reducing the risk of missing critical information.
✋ Prerequisites / Getting Started
- You must have contributor or manager access to DiliTrust CLM.
- Contracts must include linked amendments or appendixes for the consolidated view to display multi-document data.
⭐ Step-by-Step Guide
- Open a contract in DiliTrust CLM.
- Navigate to the new Contract Data or Advanced Data tab within the contract view.
- The consolidated view displays all attributes from the main contract, its amendments, and appendixes in a single table or structured layout.
- Use the filters or sorting options to focus on the data most relevant to your needs (e.g., sort by document type, date, or specific attributes).
- Export the data if needed for reporting or external review.
✨ Tips & Best Practices
- Use this view for complex contracts: The Advanced Data View is especially valuable for contracts with many amendments — it replaces the need to open each document one by one.
- Cross-reference amendments quickly: Compare attribute values across the main contract and its amendments side by side to spot changes at a glance.
- Combine with the grid view: Use the contract grid for portfolio-level analysis and the Advanced Data View for deep dives into specific contract bundles.
❌ Limitations & Known Constraints
- The Advanced Data View aggregates attributes defined in the summary sheets. If a document does not have a summary sheet configured, its data will not appear in the consolidated view.
- The view currently applies to contracts linked by a Contract–Amendment or Contract–Appendix relationship type.
